texturing101



Oh dear blog. How I've missed you.
I've meant to write you sooner, but I've been so busy, and everything was in the way and.. oh who am I kidding? I found another one..
I've been writing to PPD blog on the side, living a double life.

Anyway.
I did this a while ago, it's the texture on Khalid's building. I hope to finish all my texturing assingments quite soon. It's my first proper attempt at UV mapping and applying textures. The theory of it is simpler than the practice. So if you want some changes, let me know

its looking good yaniv, is this with a bump map applied too? i think the toon shader line is a little too much but this could because the scene is unlit so it just stands out a bit. Did you get the message from matt by the way about the group meeting? if not were all meeting up thursday 4th dec at 2:00 to show each other work, allocate/redistribute jobs, discuss what else needs to be done, kill spiders etc etc
